14 Days Meru National Park - Samburu - Lake Nakuru
- Lake Baringo - Lake Naivasha - Masai Mara.
Day 1: Arrival
On arrival you will be met by our representatives for
meet and greet services at the Jomo Kenyatta International
Airport and be transferred to a city hotel for overnight
stay in readiness for a 14 Days Kenya-bird- watching-
safaris birds watching safaris the next day.
Day 2: Nairobi - Amboseli
Leave Nairobi in the morning and drive via Namanga/Emali
Route heading to the foot of the Highest Mountain in
Africa Mt Kilimanjaro for Kenya-Bird-Watching-Safaris.
We arrive in Amboseli early in the afternoon, take lunch
and proceed for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and
overnight at a lodge/campsite.
Day 3: Amboseli National Park
Day spent exploring this park in search of birds. The
waters from melted snow drain down the mountain under
lava flows and surface on the Amboseli plains, creating
a green belt of swampland amidst dusty plains. A magnificent
Kenya-bird-watching-safaris and other game that include
Elephants, Buffalos, Lions, Cheetahs, Wildebeest, Hyena,
Jackal, Warthogs, Zebra and the Masai giraffe are likely
to be seen. On a bright day you have a very nice view
of this great Mountain of Africa, The Kilimanjaro. Meals
and overnight at a lodge/campsite.
Day 4: Amboseli - Tsavo West
After breakfast we leave for Tsavo West National Park
where a 14 Days Kenya-bird-watching-safaris is possible
. We pass through The Shetani Lavas and if time allows
you can visit the Chyulu Hills and the Mzima Springs,
which are favorite haunts of both the hippo and crocodile
that can be seen from an under crystal clear water observation
chambers. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/campsite
Tsavo National Park is the largest national park in
Kenya (at 22,000 sq km). Tsavo West covers a wide variety
of landscapes, from swamps and natural springs to rocky
peaks, extinct volcanic cones and rolling plains, and
also Savannah bush lands. The dramatic Chyulu Hills
are a collection of ancient volcanic Lava.
Day 5: Tsavo - Taita Hills Forest
Depart after breakfast and proceed to Taita Hills Forest
for a 14 Days Kenya-bird-watching-safaris. Taita Hills
Forest has an area of 400 ha with an Altitude of between
1350-2228m. Bird species that are found here include
the Taita Falcon, Taita Thrush, Zosterops silvanus,
Bar throated Apalis. Meals & overnight at a lodge/campsite
Day 6-8: Taita Hills Forest - Arabuko Sokoke Forest
Depart after breakfast and proceed to Arabuko-sokoke
forest where a a 14 Days Kenya-Bird-Watching-Safaris
is ideal for birding tours. Has mixed forest 7,000 ha,
Brachystegia woodland 7,700 ha on white and very infertile
soil and Cynometra forest 11,300 ha with a canopy height
of 7-8 m. Species likes Sokoke scopes owl, Clarke's
Weaver, Amani sunbird, Ant-eater thrush, Eastern Nicator,
Mombasa woodpecker among others can be spotted in this
park. Meals and overnight at a lodge/campsite
Day 9: Arabuko Sokoke Forest - Midas creek
Depart after breakfast and proceed to Midas creek which
has an area of 26100 ha and stretches for almost 40
km along the seashores and a fascinating world of cultures
to discover and birds watching safari is fascinating,
it lies at 0-10 m above the sea level. Its area comprises
of a complex of marine and tidal habitats on Kenya's
north coast. The bird species include among others the
Crab plover, Terek sandpiper, Mangrove kingfisher, Greater
Sand plover, Eurasian Oystercatcher among others. Dinner
and overnight at a hotel
Day 10: Mida Creek- Sabaki River Mouth
Depart and drive further north to Sabaki river mouth
which Comprise the sandbanks, mudbanks,dunes and fresh
water pools and marshes at the mouth of the Sabaki,
Kenya's second longest river 5km north of Malindi town.
Bird species that can be spotted include the Sooty gull,
Zanzibar red bishop, Greater snipe, Malindi pipit, Broad
billed sandpiper, Whimbrel among other Coastal species.

Day 11: Sabaki- Tsavo East National Park
Depart after an early breakfast to Tsavo East National
Park which has a Vast savanna, it lies low in semi-arid
country at the Eastern edge of the inland plateau, north
of the main Mombasa - Nairobi road. 14 Days Kenya-bird-watching-safaris
to this Park has a abundant birdlife with some 400 species
to be seen, 48species of wildlife and several reptile
species are found in the park, including, crocodiles,
common in the Athi and Tsavo rivers. All meals and overnight
at a lodge/campsite.
Day 12: Tsavo East National Park - Kibwezi forest
Depart after breakfast and proceed to Kibwezi Forest
in search of birdlife species and other game. The birders
paradise with a possibility of spotting many species
of birds Dinner and overnight at a campsite/hotel.
Day 13: Kibwezi forest - Chyulu hills forest
Depart after an early breakfast to Chyulu Hills Forest
which is located 130 km from Nairobi and 30 km south
west of Kibwezi. Relatively Volcanic in origin and composed
of ash cones and craters. Kenya-Bird-Watching-Safaris
is ideal for cover all this photogenic parks in one
safari. Water percolates through porous rock fed by
many permanent fresh water sources from the surroundings,
notably Mzima Springs, Tsavo and Galana Rivers. Meals
and overnight at a lodge/campsite.
Day 14: Chyulu hills forest - Nairobi
Proceed to Nairobi after breakfast to arrive in the
afternoon with a drop at the airport to board your home
bound flight or hotel for overnight stay.
